Celebrating the wood, blemishes and all
I harvest all of the wood that I use from my farm or salvage it locally. I take down the tree, mill it, and dry it before creating my art. I use “real” wood with knots, cracks, and insect damage and combine it with resins to incorporate color and movement to accentuate that natural beauty. Much like people, the scars and imperfections of wood tell a story to make each piece a more beautiful, unique, and interesting individual.
Visit us at upcoming art shows
We love to meet our customers and talk about art, resin, and wood. Plus, there is no better way to get a true sense of a work of art than seeing it in person. So, consider coming to one of our shows to talk in person and to meet tons of other artists making beautiful things.
